Oral presentations

Format: talks will be allocated 12 minutes, with an additional 3 minutes for questions.

File formats
PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF. Provide any supplementary figures as separate files if necessary.
If your talk contains multimedia, note this in your submission so AV requirements can be arranged.

Poster presentations

There will be two poster sessions during the conference. Posters will be placed in the coffee area for the duration of the conference.

Size & orientation
Posters should be formatted as A0 (either portrait or landscape).
Lightning talk
Each poster author will be given a short 3-minute lightning talk slot during the conference to present their poster.
Bring a printed poster to the conference; the organizing team will provide hanging space near the coffee area.

Interactive workshops

The purpose of interactive workshops is to allow hands-on experience or in-depth discussions related to tools, information, or techniques.

Date
Workshops will be held on 20 May 2026.
Duration & format
Each workshop will run for 1–2 hours. Sessions will typically be a demonstration followed by an interactive hands-on or discussion component.
What to include in the abstract
Brief learning objectives, required participant prerequisites (if any), software/hardware needs, and a short outline of the demonstration and interactive activities.
If your workshop requires computers, special software, or datasets, indicate these clearly in your submission so organisers can plan accordingly.
